Hotel complex with restaurant, SPA and sports center. This building is like a young wine. Its volume, its forse and its taste are not opening at once. Its features are hidden for the first glance, and it hints, and smiles, and leads the visitor through itself opening gradually new volumes, spaces and experiences.From the entrance square the building is highly delicate and almost severe with its form of minimalistic long white stripe.
From the vineyards it appears like a green hill. Flowing down to the meadow with the cascade of terraces, it hides the volume of its largest part under abundant greenery. From the side of the public spaces it's filled with activities, reach, multileveled, open and welcoming.
The old square is beautiful and complete in its rural atmosphere. The project respects and preserves that sense of spaciousness and multileveled old charm. In spite of the hotel’s posessing quite a considerable volume, from the side of the square it appears as a thin minimalistic one-storey stripe. It’s so delicate that it’s almost invisible in the landscape of the old square.
The entrance to the hotel is placed at one edge of the white stripe of the building’s upper level.Then the form flows to the left, formed by the corridor of the hotel and the light suspended passage to the public part of the hotel.The living part of the hotel is a terraced artificial hill sloping to the vineyards. All the rooms have a wonderful panoramic view to the valley. The terraces are covered with abundant greenery that makes its quite a considerable architectural volume melt with surroundings and become an inherent part of the wonderful natural landscape.
The public part of the hotel has a restaurant with vast terrace and a conference zone with breathtaking panoramic views. Spa and swimming pools are situated in the most convenient cosy and protected part of the building. In the lowest level of this part of the building there is the guest garage and comfortable loading zone for all hotel's needs.Project of the hotel building.
